Lemon and Pepper Tilapia Fresh Un-frozen Tilapia |

Cover tilapia with 3/4 fresh squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle with dried basil, dried oregano fresh ground pepper and garlic powder. Broil on low for 10-15 mins or until fish flakes apart. (Be careful not to use too much garlic powder or it will over power the dish). Serve over a bed of brown rice and garnish with the remaining lemon slice. This dish is usually accompanied by your choice of grilled or steamed vegetables. |

*To prepare your mango; peel, cut into cubes, and freeze. Blend each frozen fruit individually with a splash of orange juice. Gently stir them all together in a freezer safe bowl. (Don’t over mix to ensure preservation of individual flavors). Place in freezer until firm, but not completely frozen and serve. |
